The Division of Care Coordination staff are responsible for administratively reviewing high-risk newborn referrals in conjunction with the FIMR coordinator and sending a letter explaining available community services to the parents, as well as notifying Infant and Toddlers of the referral.  Staff  are available to provide resource lists to non-Medicaid eligible individuals who present in need of accessing health care.  Please call 410-273-5626 for further information.
