Respite funds from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Office of Genetics and Children with Special Health Care Needs are distributed  annually in collaboration with Partners for Success Resource Center, which is an office of the Special Education Department of the Harford County Public Schools.  Funds are limited and are awarded through an application process.  For more information, please call 410-273-5626.
