During normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., call 410-612-1774.  If no one answers, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

If you are a physician, hospital, health care provider, or this is a communicable disease EMERGENCY, and you need to speak to the Communicable Disease Specialist on call, please call 443-243-5726.  If your call is not answered immediately, please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.  If this call is not from a medical provider, or is not an emergency, please call 410-612-1774, leave a message and someone will return your call on the next business day.
