Harford County Health Department Dental Clinic strives to improve the oral health of children ages 1 -20 enrolled in the Maryland Children’s Health Program (MCHP), and adults on the Medical Assistance Program who may not have previously had access to dental care.
Hygiene Services include: X-Rays, Cleanings, Sealants, Fluoride Treatment, Home Oral Health Care Instructions, Nutrition Education
Dental Services include: Restorations (Fillings), Extractions, Root Canals, Crowns, Space Maintainers for Missing Primary (Baby) Teeth, Referrals for Speciality Care When Deemed Necessary
To date, over 8,500 children and pregnant women have been served at the Harford County Health Department Dental Clinic. The clinic is also committed to treating same-day dental emergencies involving infection and trauma.
For the clinic that is located at 2204 Hanson Road in Edgewood, across from the Edgewood Library the hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Click here for directions.
For the 1 N. Main Family Health Center Clinic the hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
