Due to the high volume of applications received this year, and below average precipitation, effective March 31, 2023, the Harford County Health Department Bureau of Environmental Health will NOT accept any new soil percolation applications for the 2023 Spring Wet Season. Any project requiring Wet Season evaluation must be submitted by 5:00PM on March 31, 2023. Please be aware that this office has been receiving Wet Season applications since October 1, 2022 and when conditions allow, the projects will be scheduled based on the date the application was received.
