Note:  Any item observed out of compliance during a Pre-Opening Inspection may be reassessed during an Operational Inspection.  

To ensure compliance with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 10.17.01, Public pools or spas that require second and subsequent reinspection’s for noncompliance are required to submit a fee prior to future inspection. 

The fee for a Second Reinspection for non-compliance is $100. 

The fee for a Third and subsequent reinspection for non-compliance is $200.
