The Administrative Care Coordination Unit (ACCU) is the local arm of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) and the Maryland Medicaid Program.  ACCU answers questions about HealthChoice, the Maryland Children’s Health Program, choosing an MCO, choosing a doctor, Medical Assistance benefits, and helps with accessing care.  ACCU assists in locating mental health services, substance abuse treatment services, dental services, specialty providers and care coordination services for medical assistance recipients.  Please call 410-838-1500 for further details..
