The Lead Case Management program provides tracking and follow-up for children from birth to age 6 with elevated blood lead levels. Parents/Caregivers are provided with health education and guidance regarding lead risk reduction. The Lead Case Management Program coordinates follow-up care with health care providers. This program does not provide Lead Testing but will assist families with where to go for testing.
