Covid-19:
FDA label restricted to individuals ages 65 and over; and those between 6 months and 64 years with at least one condition that puts them at high-risk for severe outcomes. Contact your provider to determine if you are at high-risk.
Of note: The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommends all adults 18 years and older should receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) also recommends all children under 2 years get vaccinated and those children at high-risk or living with someone who is at high-risk. Children not at high-risk can also receive the vaccine if desired by parent/caregiver. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends that all pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant, in the postpartum period or lactating get vaccinated.
Influenza:
All individuals 6 months and older are recommended to get the annual flu vaccine.
RSV:
Older Adults: All individuals 75 years and older and individuals 50-74 years with high-risk of severe outcomes are recommended to get a one-time vaccine.
Pregnancy: Women in their 32-36 weeks of pregnancy during September to January are recommended to get a vaccine.
Infants: All infants under 8 months and infants between 8 and 19 months at risk of severe outcomes during October to March, if their mother did not get the vaccine during pregnancy. This is not a vaccine, rather Monoclonal Antibodies.
