Note: Any item observed out of compliance during a Pre-Opening Inspection may be reassessed during a Routine Inspection.
To ensure compliance with Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 10.17.01 during pre-opening inspections, public pools or spas that require second and subsequent reinspection’s for non-compliance are required to submit a fee prior to future inspections.
The fee for a Second Reinspection for non-compliance is $100.
The fees for Third and Subsequent Reinspection’s for non-compliance are $200.
