-The Harford County Health Department is aware of the situation at the Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center. We are working closely with the staff of the facility to ensure the safety and health of all residents and staff.  We continue to work closely with the Maryland Department of Health to provide education and guidance.

-Those that are at higher risk include those that are 65 and over AND those at any age with serious underlying medical conditions. The CDC outlines conditions that put you at higher risk and actions you can take if you are at risk. These conditions include: asthma, chronic lung disease, diabetes, serious heart conditions, chronic kidney disease, severe obesity, those 65 and older, people in nursing homes and long-term care facilities, those who are immunocompromised, and liver disease.  As always, discuss with your physician if you have questions about being at risk for COVID-19.
