-Governor Larry Hogan announced the formation of statewide strike teams to provide support to nursing home facilities. The teams will include: testing, assistance, and clinical teams. Governor Hogan also announced that federal officials agreed to designate the greater Baltimore-Washington corridor as a priority and emerging hotspot, which includes Harford County. In addition, Governor Hogan ordered Maryland Department of Health to report demographic breakdowns on race and ethnicity for all case data, including hospitalization rates and mortality on their website, which should be available this week.
