Dear Colleagues:
The State is anticipating the start-up of the Maryland Primary Care Program in the summer of
2018, pending federal approval. In advance of the start of this program we would like to afford
every opportunity to the healthcare community to gain an understanding of this important
innovation.
We are looking forward to scheduling regional meetings starting in early November to introduce
providers and practices to the Maryland Primary Care Program. The meetings will provide indepth
discussion of the program and address questions specific to each area of the state. The
State will plan on presenting general program design information in these meetings, but also,
preview:

● Planned CRISP engagement,
● Other key areas of the Program
