-Additional clarification on the phase 2 of reopening:
- Waxing, eyebrows and other personal services: nothing in the order prohibits additional personal services. If the location is a personal service facility, they will need to comply with the requirements as set forth in the order (face coverings + 50% occupancy required).
- Limits to outdoor dining: there is not a limit to how many people a food establishment can serve in outdoor dining, as long that they can properly meet the requirements of the order.
- Face coverings in non-essential businesses? Face coverings are only required in locations identified in Executive Order 20-04-15-01, Executive Order 20-05-29-01 and Executive Order 20-06-03-01 . This includes transit, food establishments, retail and personal services. Additional businesses may require face coverings and should post signage per Executive Order 20-06-03-01(III.)(i)(iii)
