The Harford County OPT is now accepting proposals from local agencies and organizations interested in implementing projects that align with MOOR’s strategic priorities: Prevention, Harm Reduction, Treatment, Recovery, and Public Safety.
We need your help in spreading the word and encouraging eligible organizations to apply. Please share the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) with your networks, including community partners, service providers, and local organizations that may be interested in applying.

Additionally, information will be forthcoming inviting OPT members to participate in a virtual meeting with the OPT Coordinator, Shawn Martin. This meeting will focus on reviewing submitted proposals and selecting the project to be included in Harford County’s FY26 MOOR grant application.
