The Harford County Harm Reduction Community Advisory Board is group of individuals and organizations committed to promoting the health, dignity, and safety of people who use drugs and are sex-workers in Harford County by educating about, advocating for, and promoting the use of harm reduction principles.
Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 6-8pm, in the Education Building at Mt. Zion Church, 1643 Churchville Rd, Bel Air, MD 21015. The Education Building is to the left of the two large tent structures. The meeting room is Fellowship Hall, located on the lower level of the building.
